1️⃣ Food Safety Detection Scanner – Jason Ajewole (Grade 5)
Jason proposes a portable AI-powered scanner that detects food contamination and spoilage in real time. By using sensors and smart technology, this device prevents unsafe food from reaching kitchens and supports public health.
💡 Innovation with global relevance—tackling food-borne diseases, boosting market trust, and supporting UN Sustainable Development Goals.
2️⃣ Mindbble – Abdulrazaq Iyiola
Abdulrazaq’s idea is Mindbble, a platform that leverages the power of play to drive mindset shifts, improve learning outcomes, introduce young Africans to the tech world, and equip them with the critical skills needed to thrive in the 21st century.
💡 Playful, purposeful, and future-ready—transforming how young Africans learn, think, and prepare for opportunities in an evolving world.
3️⃣ Junior CEO Club – Ayooluwa Stephanie Blessed (Grade 7)
Ayooluwa envisions a Junior CEO Club where kids can learn entrepreneurship, teamwork, and leadership while solving real community problems.
💡 Practical and inspiring—nurturing young leaders early through projects like recycling drives, charity fundraisers, and creative business ventures.
4️⃣ Speak Up Campaign (Child Protection Awareness) – Emmanuella Oyindinepere Idoko
Emmanuella proposes a door-to-door campaign teaching children the importance of speaking up against abuse and molestation.
💡 A grassroots solution with life-saving impact—giving children and parents the courage, tools, and awareness to protect the vulnerable.
5️⃣ Skill Acquisition for Youths – Alexa Timinepere Idoko
Alexa’s pitch emphasizes vocational training and youth empowerment programs to combat unemployment and build self-reliance.

Meet the Brains behind the 2025 Young CEO Masterclass

Leonie O.
Leonie is 12 years old and currently in Year 7. She is from Hagen, Germany, and plays an important role on the Event Planning Team. Her responsibilities include designing posters, managing activities, inviting speakers, and promoting the masterclass among her peers. She also serves as a moderator during the event. Chosen to join the team, Leonie has quickly become known as the “responsible one.” A fun fact about her: she proudly owns two headphones!
Samuel .Ekaette
Samuel is 16 years old and currently in Year 10. He is from Berlin, Germany, and contributes significantly to the Event Planning Team. His main responsibilities include designing the website and serving as a moderator during events. Samuel joined the team after being selected, motivated by his willingness to contribute and support the success of the program.
